What differentiates Abnormal Security from other similar products?

From what I've experienced, Abnormal takes a hands-on approach. Works with the admins answering any questions they may have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interaction with support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price is always a good answer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take into account how many admins you'll have. We have one person who is able to run this by himself.

hands free scan and remediate

What do you dislike most about this product?

not very much insight and details on a missed event and resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give more insight on why a item got missed and if there is anything the administrator could do to help off set those missed events. When asked for more details, a generic reply is received back but no details. It's all kind of blind faith.

It is super easy to set up and get running.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has caught emails that have none of the normal indicators for spam or phishing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just set up a POC. It's super easy and you get a great idea of the scope that the product covers.
