A professional marketing automation tool

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
At the same subscription, the tool offer a lot of service including live chat, email marketing, SMS and Whatsapp where other provides would charge independently, also Brevo has got good customer care team who responds faster to technical questions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to personalize messages for marketing within Brevo whether SMS, Email or on WhatsApp by using a name tag which automatically picks the name of the recipient and inserts in the tag placeholder as this shows professionalist and increases trust with our clients . Also Brevo is cheap and easy to implement and configure
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to recharge the wallet for each service independently like SMS are charged independently, emails and WhatsApp marketing as well which makes Brevo to becomes more expensive in the long run
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would recommend Brevo, it is easy, cheap and reliable to use

Brevo is easy to use for cognitive marketing

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
It has the bulk SMS feature which can be used to send bulk SMS to different countries by a single click whereas other tool only would support sending SMS to a single country. Also Brevo does not charge monthly subscription for SMS, Emails and WhatsApp marketing, you only pay for what you need to use which makes it a good tool for smaller businesses to use the solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the scheduling rules where you can schedule when the messages can be sent from Brevo, whether WhatsApp campaigns, emails or SMS, all can be scheduled. Also, Brevo offers good SMTP integration for emails in case you use the feature for sending transactional emails. Thanks to the friendly customer care who respond to questions on time and in detailed version
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool does not offer free sender ID for SMS compared to other tool and this can turn Brevo to be expensive to use for SMS marketing since to optimize delivery of SMS, you need to raise sender IDs depending on where you are supposed to send the SMS which can turn to be too much expensive. Also pricing per SMS is too expensive, I wish they can offer subscription
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would recommend Brevo because it is easy to use and to configure

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo has meetings and call recordings at the same cost making it easy to convert leads into prospective buyers that other tools do not have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the integration of Brevo with WhatsApp marketing through the WhatsApp channel at no extra cost. Brevo has good email templates that can easily be customized to create email content more easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat feature is too slow and does not look good, The chat widget appearance needs a lot of improvement and modifications
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, Brevo is a good tool for marketing, meetings and live chat and I would recommend the tool
