The tool to record screencasts and edit them

What do you dislike most about this product?

The language management. We need to duplicate the content for each language this is too much work when this should be managed on the same course (like it is done for notifications)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a solution to manage different digital trainings and live sessions Docebo can be a good solution. You would need to be very clear on the path you want to create. Also have in mind there is no way to send invitation to live sessions through Docebo (e.g. like we can do in Outlook). To be attractive the library of content must be rich but it can take time to build one, so my advice is to negociate the price per active at the go live.

Platform built with clear understanding end user and administrative needs prioritized. Scalable and forward thinking to encompass trends in human capital learning and development.

Look of platform, customizability, and depth of customer service consultation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Open Sesame content library time consuming to sift through for consistent, high quality trainings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a prospective customer, understand internal team ability to launch product in timeline needed and discuss options for consultation/implementation with Docebo representatives accordingly. The system is intuitive to learn but does require a decent time commitment for Learning and Development teams to take product to launch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find the Extended Enterprise feature to be particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the new Insights feature, which provides exceptional dashboards and insightful analytical data, is very impressive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints about the product. For instance, I suggested the idea of adding a rollback feature in case users are mistakenly assigned courses or learning plans while working on Enrollment rules and groups. I hope this feature will be available soon, as the teams are actively listening to feedback and are committed to improving the product experience for users worldwide.
