I like the pricing of the software for the cloud based version which is fair and affordable, the cloud version does not require any installation. They do have the e-forms that are so easy to use to capture data without the need to print the forms as this saves a lot of costs

Support for this tool is too limited as you need to wait for more period of time to get the response, downloading and installing this software on the server and premises takes a lot of time and resources on the device like the storage

To wrap things up, the app has excellent customer care that is willing to arrange a remote session if you require any further assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A lack of an appropriate mobile app severely restricts the usefulness and accessibility of the Filehold document management system. Because of the complexity and potential confusion surrounding security responsibilities and permissions, the company's data could be at risk. Not to mention the lack of an intuitive workflow designer makes it more difficult to tailor workflows to specific company requirements.
