I can protect critical information against accidental loss and compromise. Users can modify the rule set. This is excellent for large corporations. It's highly user-friendly. On a website with a user-friendly interface, rules can be managed. For instance, a management module can be used to release a violation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data leaks do occur. Aside from fantasies of 300 baud modem bandits and 12-inch floppy disc hackers, users accidentally cause data loss and leakage by doing little actions that could cause big problems. In addition to stopping this leakage, Forcepoint DLP regularly checks endpoints for leaked data and offers programmed capabilities to return that data to its proper destination or quarantined locations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The two SKUs for Forcepoint support—Essential support & Enterprise Support—need to be given greater attention by the company. Essential support is less expensive, but TAC support keeps customers in line for a long time, which is not a good indicator in terms of data security because the client needs the remedy right away.

Forcepoint is one of the best companies that can support the entire lifecycle of an application's data security, whether it be Endpoint DLP, Network DLP, Cloud Access Security, or identity management. Forcepoint can help organizations anywhere with the best breed of solutions that are tried and true in the market.

What differentiates Forcepoint DLP for Email from other similar products?

We haven't found any other tool as efficient in delivering an email security gateway as Forcepoint is. With its multiple features, we can customize, block emails, and can analyze different Uniform Resource Locators (URL). Its spam filtering is unmatchable and the fingerprint option is helpful too. so in short it has a lot of features in it that make it stand out and unique from other tools. Malware, spam, and other viruses can no longer get away to our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way it protects email gateway and prevents the entry of malware, viruses, and other malicious entity. Its spam filtering is another favorite aspect along with the email blocking feature and URL analysis as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost Integration ( as there should be more integrations allowed ) plus it's hard to integrate it with another platform. It is a bit complex software with a little perplexing interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think if someone wants to maintain a peaceful and secure environment in the company then it is a must-have tool and after getting this implement it in all the critical departments of the organization to protect email gateways.
