Great product, but needs fine tuning routinely

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?
GuestRev is a known leader in the casino hospitality space and their support is great as many of them have used as an end user. Although the pandemic is made the system a little slow to react with the algorithm, the team is dedicated to making necessary tweaks to help improve the forecasting, rate recommendations and reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use in the online portion of the tool is a big plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wish we had more access to make adjustments to the tool. The support team is accountable, but sometimes can be a little slow when changes needs to be made.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research and bring questions about the tool and integration. Make sure you have business partners like IT at the table and they understand the upkeep with the interfaces and the necessary information to be passed.

Guestrev is very functional with gaming where many other products deal with hotel only.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The accessibility of the product. It can be accessed from any location. How dynamic the product can be with our business is also a favorite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The group management product can be further developed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend the extra and go with the HTNG communication. It allows the business to be more dynamic and the transmission of information is quicker.
