It's cheap, efficient, especially for SMBs and smaller brands, and easy to set up and utilize across various platforms. Intuitive to use. Monitoring is excellent though analysis lacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How cost-effective, easy, and intuitive it is to set up for basic content management systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the lack of high quality content and sentiment analysis alongside deeper insights the qualities I dislike most.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a cheaper, easy to use and effective CMS tool for managing both outgoing or incoming social efforts as well as monitoring mentions, this is an excellent starter tool.

My favorite aspect of Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise is its collaboration tools.
