The ease of use, implementation, and features available. It allows our entire team to see exactly what is going on as well as have clear communication across the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of use, but the in-depth builds that can happen on the back end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of anything above starter is very expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The ease of use is a game changer! I love the functionality and appreciate the platform's customer service and help pages. It was very easy to adapt to!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how much time it saves me through my day. It is important for me to not miss a beat in a ton of different areas in my role.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the fonts don't align when I use a template to send an email and then I have to change something in it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely choose Hubspot over competitors because it is so easy to use and seamlessly integrates!

Its connectivity with other Hubs in HubSpot make a contact's journey from marketing to sales to service absolutely incredible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Surveys inside of HubSpot are really helpful because it is very easy to help the sales and marketing team see how customers are feeling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ticketing updates can be very difficult to figure out and set up sometimes

This is the most useful software when you have marketing and sales hub
