What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

Thanks to Jobber, we were able to centralize all of our operations. It makes it easy for me to manage my entire company. Regardless of my location. It gives me total command and visibility into everything happening, no matter where I am. I could be anywhere—in the field, at the office, or even abroad.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple interface, bulk invoicing, and neat design. We wish Jobber would keep pouring resources into improving the present platform, but it does have some great features that are hard to find elsewhere. As a developing business offering a variety of services, you will find the platform severely lacking and the integrations inadequate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The routing feature is completely useless and has caused a lot of trouble. In all the years we've been using Jobber, the platform has remained unchanged and lacks the user-friendliness of competing routing systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simplified platform that fulfills all your needs for scheduling and invoicing. Everything from a customer inquiry to a final billing happens smoothly in the software.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

Jobber allows us to create professional invoices using customizable templates and sends invoices automatically by email. It also provides interchangeable tools such as an integrated CRM, real-time scheduling and dispatch, expense tracking, online reservations, automated emails, and more. With the time tracking feature, Jobber's scheduling module updates any job in real time, such as information about the completed task and the progress of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Job assignment. Automatic reminders. Quick programming. Time tracking. Customizable calendar view. Drag and drop functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app function could be improved. Creating and delivering bulk quotes would be very helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jobber is exceptionally easy to use and automates the processes associated with new customer onboarding, account management, and billing. The best use case scenario would be newer companies looking to improve their professionalism and better manage accounts and cash flow. Customization is extensive within the CRM and can likely accommodate any scheduling issues you may have.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

Jobber has a cloud platform that allows us to access all our data from any location and device, and any changes we make are synced immediately. It allows us to create and assign jobs, routes and schedules to our work team, as well as track their performance and location in real time. We can also make and send estimates, invoices and receipts, as well as receive payments online or in person by credit or debit card. It should be noted that in order to collect relevant data from jobs and clients, it gives us the option to design unique forms and checklists.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Optimization of processes and reduction of operating costs. Custom forms and checklists. Customer self-service center. Automatic emails. Behavior monitoring. Expense tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support is not as expected since sometimes it takes time to respond. There are some features that we cannot use because they are exclusively available for the US.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jobber is great software if you're looking for an easy and efficient way to run your field service business and connect with your customers. With it you can increase productivity and profitability, adapt your business to your needs and objectives, create and assign positions, routes and schedules to your work team, and much more.
