The Employee recognition and ease of the integration is fantastic

There is nothing to immediately call out when using the product, I totally love it.

Being empowered to give praise to others.

Did not come preloaded with all employees. I have tried a number of times to praise others only to find they had yet to sign into their account. Ended up wasting my time.
