Azure automation easily integrates with other Azure services which improves productivity and make it easy to automate tasks . It offers built in features for managing configuration for Windows and Linux.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud integration is favourite aspect for me for this product as well as it's hybrid environment support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Azure automation can be complex for setup and manage for small IT teams

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you heavily rely on Microsoft environment then you must consider this product. Also it involves scripting in Powershell, Python and JS.
