The time tracking software does not act as a timecard rather just summarizes the important details.

I have not encountered any problems.

If you are not satisfied with your current payroll software, I would definitely investigate Paycor to see if it works for you.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The level of customization and additional features that come with the services. They do not try to nickel and dime for every add-on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll integration with benefits when working correctly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting the integration setup was confusing at times and a long process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try to get integrations setup before open enrollment and before actually using the product for your first payroll.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
I do not believe Paycor differentiates themselves from other payroll vendors at all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Initially, the ease of use but as they implemented new or updated modules, there were many system failures, issues, poor service
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complete lack of service to our needs. Unresponsive account management, disregarded our issues when the system had errors, lots of issues with their benefits module not working and not rolling changes down to payroll, Excessive manual corrections from timekeeping problems and benefits problems. Lack of response when we would contact them requesting help when the system was having problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stay away if you have more than 50 employees.
