It has various add in option such as chat lingual, attachments are easily found in one place related to a single case and you can view it within salesforce. No need to download each file.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It a very efficient way of handling customer query and log in the progress of the case for internal viewers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be more centric to the customers who use it to raise query. They can also have an access to the portal not only just receiving the email about the progress in case.
