i guess the only upside is its a decent product for utility companies with limited GIS needs.

none. i dont like it at all

What do you dislike most about this product?

everything basically. the worst part is there are just not enough resources provided by the developers. makes it hard for technicians like us to learn/use the software

dont buy it
