What differentiates Totango from other similar products?

Totango is a program that is simpler to be able to obtain a comment or experience of satisfaction with a type of service. In this sense, we use the program internally in the company so that our collaborators can check the status of the network and be able to give it major improvements in minor cases. time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is essentially the clean way of presenting data and data conclusions with artificial intelligence. I think this is important because in our area we are not marketing and we need to obtain and know what we should do in the simplest way to dedicate ourselves to what we know how to do, which is engineering.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only dislike that sometimes at night you cannot access the system, I imagine that the program as such carries out maintenance, but this clashes with our schedule of maintaining our networks, it is something bad in a certain way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a versatile program, at a lower cost, it is simple to use and I do not see it being pigeonholed in a particular type of industry, you could use it in any scenario both inside and outside your company, I invite you to use them, I think it is worth it the sorrow.

What differentiates Totango from other similar products?

What really makes Totango stand out from other similar programs is its focus on the buyer experience. The customization it provides is exceptional and allowed us to provide a quality service that truly accommodates the needs of each buyer. In addition, its intuitive and easy-to-use design makes it accessible to everyone, even those who are not as familiar with technologies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I love most about Totango is its ability to produce reports and study in real time. Before using this program, we spent hours manually collecting data and processing it in various spreadsheets. Now, with just a few clicks, we have the ability to gain important insights about our own consumers and make informed choices to improve our own processes and increase the effectiveness of our own commerce tactics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, as with any interaction, there are also several things that I dislike about Totango. At times, we have experienced performance issues with the program, especially during times of high demand. Although the support team has always been there to solve any problems that arise, I would like to see more security in the system to prevent unexpected outages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Totango was an immeasurable instrument for our organization. It has helped us better understand our own consumers, improve the efficiency of our own processes, and ultimately increase our own revenue. Their focus on the buyer experience and the constant availability of their support team gave us the fundamental confidence to consider them a true partner in our journey to business success.

Easy to implement, a bit of a learning curve UX

What differentiates Totango from other similar products?

The price relative to the quality and abundance of features really sets it apart. There is more of a UX learning curve compared to some CRM solutions out there for CS work, though.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to set reminders for things like poor health scores, renewals, and usage trends on health and financial dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the inability to customize surveys for NPS and CSAT. I can't add additional questions and I don't want to send a separate survey to our customers to collect key insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your surveys for NPS and CSAT include additional questions, you will need to use a separate platform like HubSpot or SurveyMonkey to complete those.
