What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Varicent has wonderful, easy-to-work-with staff that listens to consumers. They routinely provide software updates depending on client requests. Varicent delivers training, workshops, and a network to support your company's customized solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a significant learning curve to use their Incentives solution, which is peculiar to my experience with them. Doing everything in-house requires a solid grasp of data joining and coding, which becomes much more important when dealing with sophisticated models and business needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to the program's dedicated and well-informed support staff, I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Nice product but not unique

It doesnt require you to code a lot to get a working compensation model going, but its not unique. There are number of other tools in the market that does the same thing. You just have to figure out, what works best for you.
