What differentiates Vitruvi Software from other similar products?

Customization and ability to majority of every Job/Project setup yourself and differently per Job/Project. This may be inherent in other tool’s but not with the amount of modules and items that the Superuser has the ability to create and setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create and design the software per job and however I would like for it to look.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training materials and API documentation are not always clear and easy to understand

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s an open sandbox and can work for any and every use case for construction to simple task management.

What differentiates Vitruvi Software from other similar products?

Workflow management with GIS at its core is unique in my experience within Telecom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The commercial management, how easy it is for my build contractors to raise accurate invoices and get themselves paid.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How locked down the mobile app is, and that it is only really useable via allocated work items. I’d like for me own direct teams of managers and supervisors to have much more open edit access via the mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have someone capable of becoming a product expert, and also ensure you are able to dedicate the time to the implementation phase. The product is extremely powerful but it takes time to understand and customise to your needs.
