What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
The desktop app and mobile app are very simple to utilize, giving our staff the opportunity to access and answer difficulties effectively. Zendesk also gives us the opportunity to capture feedback from our staff without it being displayed to the general public. We love having all of our ratings in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zendesk has several high-quality tools to automate the work. Both its automatics and triggers will assist us in targeting and escalating certain categories of difficulties based on the essence of the emails end users receive. The IT help desk lives and dies based on how well or poorly managed the difficulty work procedure is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zendesk offers some help to get started with the knowledge base, however it is very sparse. It would be wonderful if you could hinder access to knowledge based on the IP address you enter so that it can be used as an internal knowledge base without the people who have access to it. It would also be ideal if Zendesk had a cheaper priced user account for the knowledge area only, this way, it could be used for different purposes other than ticketing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Zendesk as technical support software to assist more than a thousand people within the organization and also to assist public internet users. It has made a huge advancement in communication between us and our technology team. Specifically, it accelerates the escalation of issues, escalates them to other staff for resolution and, most importantly, gives me as the Director of Information Technology an insight into the issues that are prevalent in our company.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
I’ve been using Zendesk Sell for a few months and have been impressed with its ability to help my sales staff follow up with leads successfully. One of the best aspects of Zendesk Sell is that its user-friendly layout makes it simple for everyone on the team to use and learn. I also like how the application allows me to set up and track my lead lists, which allows me to close deals faster. The fact that Zendesk Sell interfaces with other sales tools like emails, calendars, and phones is an additional advantage. This provides me with a comprehensive perspective of all client interactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The CRM is simple to use and does not require extensive tutorials. However, there is a lot of help available through courses, online chat, and email. The application can be customized. I can change settings or personal preferences to meet my needs. The option to import names and information from job boards is quite useful. Support and chat are tightly integrated, which is quite handy. Reports can also be filtered by standard and custom fields. Custom tags are similar to custom fields. All of these choices make it easy to collect data and track the results of sales initiatives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One disadvantage I discovered is that several of the more advanced capabilities, such as task automation and custom reporting, are only available on the higher-priced plans. It is crucial to note that, while many functions are available in the free and lower-cost plans, I will need to purchase a more expensive subscription to gain access to all of the tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zendesk, the top CRM on the market in terms of price and functionality, is suitable for all types of businesses. The user interface is nice and simple to transition from another product. Zendesk CRM also provides excellent assistance and a large range of customization options when needed. Support and chat are tightly integrated, which is quite handy.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
I was initially impressed by how simple it was to set up a Zendesk Sell account and begin utilizing the software. The layout is straightforward, so I had no trouble getting started. Furthermore, I appreciated being able to modify the platform to fit my specific business requirements by altering the appearance of fields and lists of contacts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are a lot of calls coming in and going out, which makes it difficult to keep up. Connecting directly with Zendesk's ticketing system makes it simple to monitor the status of calls that begin as service but progress to sales and vice versa.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not a no-cost option. Additionally, there is a lack of capacity in the sales pipelines. You have to upgrade to a far more expensive plan—almost twice as much, in fact—if you want access to sophisticated analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A phone dialer is integrated, and calls can be easily recorded. The intuitive drag-and-drop UI necessitates little in the way of setup or learning curve.
